Join us for a week of yoga and adventure in beautiful Costa Rica. Return to your natural state of balance, harmony and peace, while practicing yoga in this tranquil and rejuvenating setting. We’ll stay at the Rip Jack Inn, a Boutique Hotel located just 245 feet from the beach in Playa Grande, Costa Rica. Rip Jack Inn has a beautiful Yoga Shala, a world class restaurant with some of the best food in the country, swimming pools and more. Playa Grande is a National Park that protects the Leatherback Turtle with miles of pristine beaches along the Pacific Ocean.
This is a wonderful opportunity to nurture your body, mind and soul with morning meditation, revitalizing and balancing yoga classes, delicious food, and great company. There will be plenty of free time daily to relax and play, explore the beautiful beaches and gorgeous ocean of Playa Grande. If you have a partner or a family member who would love a tropical vacation, but is not “into yoga”, that’s okay too. There is plenty to explore and lots of time to enjoy the beach and the surrounding area. Or, maybe this is the time they can get “turned on” to the practices, which will be accessible to Every Body (and always optional)!
Included In Your Retreat:
Yoga: Daily Morning Meditation on the beach followed by Heart of the Village Flow Yoga in the yoga studio; afternoon Restorative and Yin Yoga Classes.
Lodging & Meals: 7 Nights Lodging and 2 Full Delicious Meals Daily – fresh juices included – in on-site open air restaurant featuring fresh local seafood as well as tasty treats from the land.
Sunset Sail: Set off in the early afternoon on a beautiful catamaran into the deep blue sea (half-day trip). The catamaran leaves from Playa Flamingo and takes you to a pristine beach nestled in the Pacific Ocean not accessible by car. You can snorkel or swim to the beach from the boat. All of the equipment and life jackets are provided, as is unlimited open bar and light dinner.
Transportation: Transportation to and from the Liberia Airport.

Airfare to Costa Rica – Book your own Air Travel: Fly to Costa Rica into Liberia airport (LIR), only an hour away from the Rip Jack Inn. Transportation to and from the Rip Jack Inn and the Airport is provided.
Optional Activities Rip Jack Concierge can arrange (not included in your retreat): Rainforest Hike, Scuba Diving, Horseback Riding, Sport Fishing, Surf Lessons, Estuary Tour, Massage, Taxi into shopping areas.

Heart of the Village Yoga llc reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason, including insufficient number of participants. If the retreat is canceled, participants will receive a full refund*. If you must cancel your trip, we will refund* your deposit, upon receipt of written notice, less the following fees:
* 90 or more days before December 3, 100% of the retreat price less the $750 non-refundable deposit.
* 60 to 89 days before December 3, 50% of the retreat price less the $750 non-refundable deposit.
* Less than 60 days before departure 100% of the retreat price **NO REFUND**
A Participant Information Form and Retreat Agreement must be submitted along with the registration.
Trip insurance is highly recommended.
